01 / Planned maintenance

Start with the asset list

A maintenance arrangement should reflect what is installed, its condition and how the building operates. We review the proposed assets and service requirements before agreeing visit frequency and the scope of checks.

02 / Planned maintenance

Make responsibilities visible

The agreement should explain included work, exclusions, access, reporting and the process for authorising repairs. Any reactive response commitment must be specified rather than assumed.

03 / Planned maintenance

Prioritise follow-up

A visit is most useful when its findings can be acted on. We can discuss remedial work, further investigation and suitable monitoring where recurring issues need closer attention.
