01 / Remote monitoring

Choose the information that matters

Enerus provides remote monitoring for suitable heating and water-system applications. We start with the question you need answered: temperature behaviour, equipment operation, abnormal water use or an alert when a monitored condition changes.

02 / Remote monitoring

Specify the complete monitoring route

A useful system needs more than a sensor. We agree the monitored points, connectivity, data access, alert thresholds and recipients. Compatibility and site conditions are assessed before selecting the equipment and delivery scope.

03 / Remote monitoring

Define who acts on an alert

An alert only helps when someone knows what to do with it. Notification, review and response arrangements are agreed explicitly. Monitoring does not imply round-the-clock attendance or automatic corrective action.

04 / Remote monitoring

Use trends to support decisions

Historical readings can help investigate recurring issues and assess operating changes. For water-hygiene applications, monitoring must fit the site-specific assessment and control arrangements. Temperature monitoring does not directly test for legionella bacteria.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

FAQs

Clear answers to help you plan the next step.

Have another question? ↗
Can you monitor any equipment?

Compatibility depends on the equipment, available interfaces and proposed sensors. Send model details and your monitoring objectives for assessment.

Does remote monitoring replace all manual checks?

No blanket replacement is assumed. Any changes to water-hygiene monitoring should be based on the specific risk assessment and agreed by a competent person.

Can you help with more than one service?

Yes. Describe the full requirement so we can discuss the relevant services together and define what is included.

What information should I provide first?

Share your organisation, site postcode, building type and the issue or planned work. Include your preferred timescale and any relevant equipment details or records.
